Participation Conditions

SUMMARY OF THE conference PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The conference participants should complete the enrolment and pay the corresponding enrolment fee (see below and on the web page). The enrolment fee entitles them to attend all the conference activities (tables, workshops and other parallel activities: see definitive programme), to a folder and the conference acts (which contains all the communications), and to lunch on the first two days. We recommend a quick enrolment to take advantage of the best rates.

Until 19th of September 2010

Students: 100€

Professionals: 150€

From 20th of September till 19th of November 2010

Students: 150€

Professionals: 200€

The participants making presentations who wish them to be published in the acts, must send the texts to the ___________organizers before September 1st 2010 (inclusive).­

The communication texts will be revised by a scientific committee. If no problem is detected, they will be digitally published (with an ISBN) and included on a conference acts which will be given to all the participants.

The texts of the acts must contemplate the following formal requisites:

. Text of 20 pages maximum.

. Word archive format or compatible, with a short title that identifies the author (for example: reforms2010person’sname.doc or reforms2010 p3 person’sname.doc – if the panel is specified).

. Inclusion of key words (minimum 4) in the original language and English.

. Inclusion of an abstract of 150 words in the original language and English (the abstract sent with the application form can be modified).

. Inclusion of an e-mail address and a brief CV (5 lines).

Enrolment implies that the authors accept that the conference organisers will diffuse their communications through the channels they deem most appropriate (CD, web page), free from copyright, even though the copyright belongs to the authors and the organisers do not take responsibility for their opinions.
